I am, in general, an odd combination of a very hyperactive person, and a laid back tired teenager. I spend a lot of time reading and on the computer, not because I don't have anything to DO with friends, buti just would rather bein my room. It doesn't depress me or anything, but one of my friends had started commenting lately I seem to be very out of it, and he was worried I was depressed. I don't have a TON of friends, and usually in the winteri am mildly depressed at times, but I don't think it's becausef my social tendencies.
Long story short, is this odd? Should I be like, worried?

Nah sounds the same as me. I have a few close friends and if they're not available i'm more than happy to spend time reading and playing computer games.
Some people are natural introverts (happy to live in their own heads and entertain themselves) some people are extroverts (and happier if they can bounce off other people).
Extroverts are usually trying very hard to get us out of our heads and play (which can be cool because when I do, I usually enjoy myself) but can get annoying if we really just want to chill or don't want to go along with their great scheme for "fun" (which I get a lot lol).
Everyones different, but socialising has lots of benefits so don't avoid it altogether.

Welcome to my club, I call it "Socially Awkward" hehe, but seriously, its normal, people are different, you and me seem to waste our time in fornt of books and the monitor than people, and thats just our choice :D
