So basically, I have huge sidetracking. I am nex to positive I don't have add/ADHD but it can sometimes be as bad as on the way downstairs to get a glass of water I end up grabbing a blanket and going back upstairs.
Does anybody have any tips or mow what this is?

Sorry if this was hard to read. On occasions where I am distracted my thoughts tend t fall out in a hastily written jumble that nobody (myself included) can understand.
