Who can re size pictures without screwing up the quality of the picture? I would like a picture re sized and i cant do it myself. anybody?

I think you could probably do this even in MC Word. :P Just make sure you click "constrain proportions" or something like that. This way, the quality doesn't diminish as much.

i dont have word anymore. mom got open office instead becasue she doesnt have the money for word

If you're changing purely the dimensions of the picture, you shouldn't run into a problem with losing quality. If you're making it larger, you're out of luck.

I use Libre Office so I don't realy know. there are online photo editors though that you don't have to download.

Word isn't the program to use for resizing. You can't resave the image as an image. If you don't have Photoshop already you can Google image resizing and try a site. You could also download GIMP, but that's a lot of work to resize one photo.

Just upload it to photobucket and use their free editor (and actually, they even have a new advanced editor that looks quite impressive for being a free online gadget. Haven't played with it too much though). Simple enough, you shouldn't have to download anything for just a resize.
