"Bigger" Younger Relations

Yeah, my cousin is 14 and he shaves daily and is like really tall and developed while I'm over a year older than him I've barely hit puberty! :(

no i started puberty very early so at school every 1 use 2 look at my pubes and stuff in pe i even had more than my older bro lol
