Girl in my class

So there's this girl in my American government class that I like and sit 4 seats away from diagnally. Im not sure if she's a lesbian or bi but half the class period she'll glance, look, and stare at me. One time, at the end of class she rushed through a bunch of people just to tell me she liked my hair and after she said that she ran down the hall with her head down. Another time she talked to me was yesterday, she asked me what grade I was in and when I answered she walked away. Does she like me? How do I build up the courage to talk to her and how do I start the convo? I really want to get to know her a little but don't know how, please help.

Haha Im a guy so Im not to sure... But from the sounds of it she may have a interest in you, as a friend at least. But if shes going and trying to talk to you, just be friendly and when your at the end of class or something, approach her and see how shes doing and just do some small talk really. Learn about each other. :)

Same thing just talk to her and see. If she starts to run away say hey wait. And be sincer if your talking to her she may just want a friend.
