solid lump behind left nipple very painful!

Hi so behind my left nipple I have a very solid lump that hurts A LOT it even hurts to lay on it it is about inch wide even if I brush my arm against it it hurts it has been there about since January. And I have done reaserch and most teens that have it it goes away in about a month or so also the docs have noticed swollen lymphnodes on me and have tested and watched me for lymphnoma. Does anyone else have these or had them before?
Should I tell my parents or is it just a puberty thing and avoid an awk conversation?

: on both boobs, I went to the doctor and he said it was part of puberty, it's from hormone deposits. But I get them coming back every now and then. I'd stil mention it just in case though. But yes . I Did too. And the doctor said its part of growing up.
