Trimming Pubes

I just trimmed my pubes for the first time because they were REALLY long and it was getting out of hand (I'm 14 BTW). I just cut them down to a shorter length with scissors, and now they are really uncomfortable. They are itchy and it stings a little bit. All I did was cut them shorter though. So does this happen to everyone their first time? What should I do to make it comfortable?

This happened to me the first time i trimmed my pubic hair REALLY REALLY short... You'll get used to it after awhile :P

First few times, ive trimmed for 2 years and now when i trim, it doesnt itch much

Hmm if it's itchy it probably means that the hair has grown inward. You might have gone a little too far with some.

They've been itchy when i've shaved them completely off (never again) but I always trim them really short

I shave so it doesn't itch as bad, but yeah trimming itches,

Mine have never itched when I just trimmed, maybe 'cuz they are sorta soft, I dunno.

yea it was like that for my first time too.
dont worry its ok. just maybe find a trimmer instead of scissors

Yes the more that you trim them the more you will get use to it.

Didnt happen me when i trimmed really short. Should be ok after first time or two tho :)

I prefer to shave it, it itches at first but after a few times it's ok
