So half of the world gets infected by some disease but for some strange reason they aren't affected by it. In 1 hour the disease will suddenly transfer to the other half and they will die a painful death because of it. If you kill the diseased half then the disease dies with them or if you kill the not diseased half then they will die peacefully and all of the future children of the diseased will retain their immunity. You cannot quarantine one group and you cannot cure the disease. What would you do?
