Hey everybody, and welcome to our Penis Size thread. Here, you can vote on your size and see how it compares to others who are still in puberty!
Do not lie or exaggerate about your size - your vote is completely private and you have nobody to impress!

We're all at completely different levels of puberty and all are different sizes. All of us grow at our own rates and at different times, and we'll pretty much end up the same size!

How to measure properly - just to make sure that we all play by the same rules and don't measure in some freakish way 0_o

Length - the length of your penis from base to tip

Get a full erection by masturbating, playing around with your gf/bf, etc
Get a ruler and place it on the top of your penis
Usually, you have some curves in your penis. Just bend these out so it lines up with the ruler
Don't push the ruler into your body - just to where it's fully against your bodyGirth - the circumference or distance around your penis

Get a full erection by masturbating, playing around with your gf/bf, etc
Get a measuring tape and loop it around the thickest part of your shaft (not the head of the penis - just the thickest part of the shaft)
Remember not to make it too tight - just snug enough to fit around your budAm I normal?

The thing is, we can't really tell you. You're in puberty and you're gonna grow - puberty usually ends in the late teens or early 20s. If you're in puberty, you're gonna grow, and you could grow an entire inch (1.5 cm) in a year. We can't tell you whether you're average or not because size and development varies so much from person to person because you're in puberty.
So really man, don't worry about it. If you're 13, 14, 15, 16, or 17 and 4 inches, you've a ways to go and you'll grow a good amount.


Facts about size:

Penis size exercises, pills, extenders or pumps have not been proven to work on everybody. They're usually a waste of money and aren't worth the time - especially when you're in puberty, and you'll grow anyway!
The average adult length is between 5 inches and 7 inches (12.7 and 17.78 cm). If you're anywhere in this range and still a teen, you're already average for a grown man and definitely not small
A lot of girls (and guys) have said that someone who's 8 or 9 inches and above may hurt. This isn't everybody, but don't think that you have to be this big
Whoever you want to go out with, have sex with or live with shouldn't care about how big your penis is, because they should love you for who you are.
You could definitely turn out smaller than average. Maybe 4 inches, or even 3 by the end of puberty. But that's no reason to get upset man! You've got your whole life ahead of you and you should find someone you really love that doesn't care that much to dump you just because of that.You can now ask questions/vote in the poll :biggrin2: Again, please don't lie or exaggerate about your size. There's really no point because there's somebody that's just same as you.

Just did! :D I'm kinda excited, I felt like I'd be 5½ forever, and I only grew a half an inch in one year. That still made me average adult size!

Every penis looks different, and most every penis has a curve in it. As long as you don't have any problems urinating and nothing really hurts, you're fine!
You can also ask about this on your next physical with your doc, but I bet he'd probably tell you the same thing.

As far as the penis head/foreskin thing, I suggest you go to the doctor. Some guys say you can try edging it back in the shower so it'll stretch, but I don't know much about this and I think you should go to a doctor.

You're just a late-bloomer (don't know why we always refer to "late" guys as flowers :D I never "bloomed" :D ..... I'm an idiot...). Although you are fine for now, expect alot of growth in the next years. If not (if you're in your 20s and only 2 inches) you would be considered to have a "micropenis" (up to and under 2" DON'T WORRY FOR ADULTS ONLY). It stops growing until your twenties. I'm not sure about the "1 inch per year" thing because it's really not proven and everyone is different. Don't be overly concerned with your size. What you get is what you get. Don't think too much of it.

There are different sized condoms so before you have sex you need to buy a few different brands and sizes to see what works for you. Just make sure to do it beforehand before doing any kind of sexual activity.

Yeah that is pretty late. If you don't notice anymore signs in the next few months, go see a doctor. If you're that worried about it now, schedule an appointment now. It won't hurt, though it's not abnormal to start late.

That's perfectly normal! In fact, a fatter penis is probably more pleasurable to a girl (or to a guy) than a skinny one or a really long one.

It will, although it won't grow at a constant rate. So it may stop for a few more years, and maybe it won't grow that much then. So really, the answer is maybe (more on the side of yes), but probably not majorly.

By age 18, your body has done much of it's growing already. Usually, penis size isn't one of those things that grows fast (you grow taller more than your penis grows). So really, probably not.

He might, he might not. There's no way to tell. Usually, if it's big, then you'll not grow much more. If it's smaller, then it's more likely that you will grow.

You know you're done growing when a considerable amount of time as passed and your size hasn't increased. This usually happens around your twenties.

Just to add, a considerable amount of time would be over a year+. 6 months wouldn't be that long of time to wait - I was 4.5 inches at 11, 5.5 at 12, 5.5 at 13, and now I'm 6 at 14. To everybody waiting to grow - just wait it out! :D

I have also suffered from Obsesive compulsive order for the last two years and just to top that all of god was kind enough to give me a 3 inch penis! So please dont question me because you have no idea about the extent of my problems and frankly if my life hasn't cleared up within the next few years I AM GOING TO TOP MYSELF AND I MEAN IT and listen to me when i say there is nothing you can do about it.

Penis pumps are actually used for older men who can't obtain an erection - nothing grows, and it causes damage to the penis and can oversuck!

latedeveloper313 - why would you be suicidal over a penis? It's yours, it's at least 4 inches and it'll please a woman. Might even be easier to get head on something like that. The thing is that it's big enough to reach a gal's G-spot. Yours might be just smaller than the average guys'...at least you don't have micropenis (less than 1 inch in length)!

Not at all. You're only 14, so most likely, in the next six years, it'll grow. Not all at once, but gradually.

there's really little variation in adult penis size, with or without 'skin, regadless of how tight or loose things can be. Yours is a temporary situation, and as long as things down turn blue or green, it'll grow fine.

If the foreskin is just a bit tight (like in your case), no it won't. If the foreskin is very tight, and either hurts when erect or flaccid, then it probably will and you may need to get a circumcision.

But really, in your case, no, it won't affect penis growth. No worries man! :D

I don't believe that really. You can see in the poll that the average size range (5-7 inches) is valid because the poll bars are biggest from 5 to 7. I've also looked it up on many different sites (I'm the person giving the advice here :P) and I've found it to be 5 to 7 inches. So that's my opinion and I don't think 4" is really small, but I don't think it's average either :P

The average size for adults is 6 in so for only being 13 you're a decent size. Also note your penis grows until your twenties so you aren't stuck with that size for long anyway.

6.5 is probally as big as it will get, 6 inches is the average size for a 21 year old man, so you will probally grow very little now which is fine.
