the best thing to do is pull it back as far as you can one day then next day try a bit more and so on until u can do it.

5.6" is a totally good size. It's above adult average by most accounts. It's always possible that you friends are stretching the truth a little. Very few guys (like 1 in 1,000 I think) are 8.5".

But a lot of guys wish they were 5.6". It's a good size, and probably perfect for sex (not too small, not too big for discomfort). :)

maybe you are slightly more or less turned on at times when you measure. that can make a difference, especially in the flaccid position.
