That happens to every single guy so you shouldn't feel embarrassed about it because its completely normal. Hormones in puberty cause them to happen very often. As you get older though they wont become as much as an annoyance and not happen as often.

although for a lot of people penis development is early in puberty, its not unusal for it to happen late. i suspect it will still grow a bit yet. your only 15 so there is plenty of time for it to grow yet.

It's usually the last thing to develop when it comes to penis size. If you've seen growth in length but not girth, it's probably coming. Don't worry too much about it. :)

basically any size is considered normal during puberty. some guys at 13 may only be about 2", some may be 6". it all depends on when you develop. you will find that over the coming years that yours will grow too. the average adult or fully grown penis size is about 6".
