But here's what I say. People usually precum a lot easier than they cum. Precum comes out much easier. It usually comes out without touching yourself, but when you are really excited for some reason. Cum, however, is the big deal. Cum doesn't come out that easily. To cum you actually need to make it come out by either masturbating (even if it is a couple rubs) or sex.
