As of right now, yes. VT is not old enough (yet) to require more faces.

GovTeen has many more, (but who likes Govteen?) ;) and when we need to, we will probably (I don't know this for sure, just a guess) either:

Adopt some of theirs.
Allow Custom Faces
Have new designs.

Gov Teen faces are horrible (no offence).

Anyway like Steven said, 10000 is the last face available and currently only a select few members have 10000+ posts.

In the future like Steven said we might get some new faces but currently I don't think we need to worry about that.
