When I was 13 I was 5 inches erect in girth, and I was 5 inches in length erected. You are actually on the bigger side of average for 13 because I remember reading that the average size erect for a 13 year old is like 3-4 inches. Also now I am 6 inches at age 14 and my girth is now 5.5 inches, so don't worry you will grow, you just have to give it time. You're size right now is fine.
