Hey. I'm 14 I've been getting a lot of blackheads and some pimples last month and it's really pissing me off. How can I stop them, and stuff? I eat really healthy, don't eat any rubbish really.

When you are in puberty, it does not really matter about what you eat (well not really too much).
My advice is, try some of the spot removal product out their. One of the ones I use is clearasil it's a good product that comes in a variety of ways to apply, such as cream, facial wash, wipes, pads. Things like that and it helps. However if you're one of these people who get acne even though you wash your face everyday and eat healthy without a lot of junk food, chances are they won't "clear" up and go away. The best you can hope for is that you can stop them from spreading and clear your face up. However even when your face clears up, you should still use the products.
You can also contact the doctor if the acne is serious and they can give you some medication.
I don't know much about home tips as I never really tired them so I can't comment on any home remedies.
Hope this helped :)

Yeah, it is most likely because you are a teenager and even though you don't know it, you are still sweating and your pours are still getting blocked.
I know it is ugly but most (not all) people suffer from spots time to time during puberty

You can't stop them as such because it relates to what your body chemistry is doing through puberty which you don't want to mess with.
What you can do is manage them. Diet is one thing, other things include trying to keep your face hygenic (so keep hands of face, wash hands and face regularly).
Cleaning is good, but don't over-clean because you can really mess up your skin with too many products with soap / alcohol.
Treat with an acne product (products with zinc or titanium oxide that will also help hide the blemish). I've used strips to clear blocked pores (blackheads) which work ok but I don't think they don't work on whiteheads / pimples which are blocked hair follicles.
Moisturise the rest of your face (/wherever) after cleaning. (I use the 'Simple' range because I had bad reactions to face products with stuff like aloe vera in them)

Try physioderm, it works the best. It worked for my brother, who had aufull acne.

Get some Clearasil http://www.clearasil.us/skincare-products/face-washes
This is what I use everyday and I only get a few random ones if I am really stressed from school and stuff or I forget to wash my face with it. Don't be afraid to buy it either. But try and do it 2-3 times a day. When you wake up, when you get home from school, and before you go to bed for the best results.

It's because in puberty you produce more sweat and oil in your skin, especially your face.
It's important for you to wash that out (with soap!) day and night or they will get trapped in your pores, block them up and eventually turn into spots, blackheads, pimples what not,
simply get some facial cream (they have them for guys too) and wash your face day and night!
Also, drink more water! It helps to flush skin impurities out of your body, :)

I have a pimple or two occasionally, but not constant. I wash my face daily in the shower.

I have had the same problem as you. I had horrible blackheads until i started treating them. Here are a few things I did:
1)glue. It sounds weird, but if you have blackheads on your nose, put a somewhat thick coat of glue on your nose and let it dry. When you peel the layer off, a lot of blackheads will come off too.
2)getting a product that specifically targets blackheads. I use something cheap that i picked up in the skincare isle of my drugstore, i believe it's called clean and clear blackhead remover. It works like a charm.
3) If it's really bad and is a serious problem, think of investing in a comedone extractor. It's a small tool that helps safely pop blackheads and other pimples.
I hope I was of some help!

besically for blackheads get a scrub and for spots (pimples) if you can pop them do that then put cream on to stop infection and help them clear better
