Does any one know how to get rid of spots or zits ?:(

I have had spots zits white heads for a while now and u am really getting fed up :( just as some go away more come !! When i squees th they swab and last for longer:( does any one know how to get rid of these horrible things ?any help will be aprishiated :)

Firstly, do not burst the spots - that can lead to permanent scarring. You may want to try a locally applied gel, cream or wipe specifically designed to treat acne, and readily available in most pharmacies or supermarkets. Clearasil make such products which tend to be effective. If you have already tried such products for periods of time greater than a month with unsatisfactory results, or if it proves ineffective after a month, it may be worthwhile going to see a GP, who can prescribe more powerful locally applied products or, often, an orally ingested pill to combat the acne.

I found a really good product called Young Solution Wipe Out in the chemist. It is a little more expensive than usual face wash, but you don't need to use it as much. You just rub a tiny drop directly onto the spots and it clears them away really quickly. I really recommend it.

As Ben said, don't try and pop them; that can lead to infection or scarring.
There are many non prescription (over-the-counter) medications out there. Some work for people, some don't. If you can, I would try to ask a pharmacist what he or she recommends. If you can't, then just try one of the products like Neutrogena, Clearasil, or any of those. If there are no signs of improvement, there are prescription medications available as well.
