Is it really a relapse if you never really stopped...?

Cut again. Last night, on my wrist. Didn't do anything for me though. Wasn't enough. I know for a fact that I'll cut again tonight. Just to try and get some sense and calm back inside my head, to calm my feelings, my nerves.

Gonna try not to, but doubt I'll manage it. Just hope the monster doesn't fully take control.
