Yeah man, you can't permanently get rid of it. Its always going to grow back. Just get used to it! You'll have it for as long as you live! I think. As a wise man once said

Don't see that anyone has mentioned waxing yet - I'm thinking of switching to waxing instead of shaving just to try it, because its supposed to make the follicles weaker if you do it regularly.

The downside is a few seconds of pain ....

You can't remove it permanently. You can shave. It all off but it'll only grow back bigger. :D
