Depression is part of our life.It effects badly on our physical and mental health.There are many ways to reduce to depression.
Do exercise daily.Running,swimming,cycling,yoga are so effective for this purpose.Eat healthy foods.Use simple ways to solve problems.Don't involve in complicated issues.Be happy and keep other happy.

Sorry but I have to say I kinda disagree with everything.
Why would I stop feeling depressed if I ate healthier food or did some exercise?

Depression isnt just a part of your life, its a giant black hole that eats everything up. it consumes you and any hope you might've ever had. It becomes you, and corrodes your faith in your family and friends and GOD. and it stains you, except your the only one who can see where; making it impossible for anyone to understand. nonetheless help. and in the end, there is no more will to go on.
