Can I ask what you mean by "your PM isn't working". Are you getting an error message when you attempt to send a message, if so, could you please let us know this error message.

Are you using the app Tapatalk? Because if so you wouldn't be able to private message.

maybe there is a lag, and the site doesn't quite know you have it yet, and it takes a little bit, just like user titles. :)
