Is anyone els flexible enoughto bend they'r hand back into a perfect U shape? I know its not a medical danger. but also how is it that my hands are flexible enough to do this without causing pain?

I can do it. You just have extra-flexible joints. It could be caused by slightly misshapen bones, but it's not a huge deal.

When I was younger, I could touch my nose to my toed, which is hyper flexibility, but in your case it's good

You are probably double jointed. I can fold my hands, step through them and bring them behind my back and up over my head.
