If your penis really is smaller than an inch then I think that you are not measuring correctly or you need to seek a doctor. Even young children have penises larger than an inch. So yeah seek a doctor becuase you may have a deffiency in your endocrine system.

OK before we can help you we need you to eleborate...are you talking about erect? If so I would advise that you go to your local general practice (doctor) and tell him and he should be able to give you hormone injections to help you out. In England they don't give those to you until your 16 but i'm not sure about US...

I never measured mine but when it is not erect it is really small. I am glad to see that I am not alone.

Well, it is possible but it's also possible that it is true so we'll help out just in case.

Yes, puberty does take a long time, but it wouldn't hurt to see a doctor just to be safe.

Hmm how do you know his 13? I don't see it revealed..

The author should specify his age and is he ''late''
