Puberty Delay?

I am 16 years old and turning 17 in a couple of months. I have been curious about my puberty stage for years now, I am about 5 foot 6 and I have very little pubic hair, it is short and black... I have no armpit hair and my voice hasn't broken, its not high its just not low either. I also don't masturbate regulary and when i do nothing really comes out. Also my penis is fairly small and on erect it doesn't seem any bigger. Is anybody else like this and can anybody help?? Thanks..

I'd say your very late, but still normal.. But if you don't like it you could always consult with a proper doctor.......

A lot of guys are in the same shoes as you. It'll come when it does - I've heard like at least 3 stories exactly like this since the year started. No big man :D
