its part way true because the more weight you have the extra will go to the rest of your body and excel growth. also this is the healthier way cuz youll be very skinny if you grow and hardly any weight goes to the rest of your body.

Uh, no. If you're overweight, you're just overweight. It doens't mean you're about to grow. it means you're not probably exercising enough and eating all the wrong things. if you've gained weight recently, you might want to review why.
Growth is determined by all those hormones and stuff. Not by your weight. Actually, extra weight causes other problems. Not a growth spurt.

It's better to eat healthy food before you run to reduce fatigue. Your weight gain is likely from increases in bone size and muscle mass if your lifestyle is generally healthy.

Well since your whole body is growing, you will gain weight with most muscle, larger bones and generally everything is bigger so I suppose that yes you will weigh more if you get bigger all-round.
No, you don't gain weight before you grow taller. It doesn't make you fat or anything. Unhealthy eating does, and you sound just fine

it makes sense because as there becomes more of you, then the total weight would increase.

WEll the taller you are the more mass you have which in turn increases your weight. I mean when youre tall you have more of you so you have to be heavier. If you mean like becoming overweight then I dont think there is a correlation between the two.
