They aren't itchy theres just quite a few of them...

It's pretty blurry, but it looks like it could be razor burn or heat rash. It could actually be a number of things. Doesn't seem like it's a huge cause for concern though.

I seemed to have got more, come up and I haven't shaved my legs in a few weeks and its well cold here x3

Sounds like bites to me. Check your mattress. Do your clothes have little holes in them?

nope my clothes are fine, and I only have my cat going upstairs and he is an indoor short haired cat.

I got spots on my legs too and Ive had these for 3 years now. does it happen to look like this?
