Ok so at my school their is girl who in second grade i had a crush on and i told my best friend he told her and everybody else and she got embarrassed and hated me and moved on after that school i moved on but i could tell she still hates, me now in seventh grade i like her again and know everyone is dating now and i want to ask her out but how and i cant tell if she hate because she sometimes looks at me and smiles also she talks to me. please help

She could've just been putting a show for her friends. It looks like she might even be interested in you. Now before you have a spasm and bust a hole in the ceiling, here's what you should do:
Try to become friends with her at least. Not best friends, cause then you'll get encased by the friend zone; When you're ready to ask her out, don't just go 'Y3W WANNA G0 0U7'. Be more specific: 'you want to go see the new movie?' And find the right time. AkA when she's not pissed at you.




P.S. Girls like guys with decent grammar. That means not putting an entire paragraph into one sentence bound by 'ands'.
