Hello my name is kolte. My father has a very bad case of schizophrenia. He lashes out, cries, talks to himself, and no longer recognizes me. I fell really lost. My dad use to be a very friendly, loving father. Now he does not even know me. He reads all the time and has been put in a mental institution, mabye forever. Im really at a loss. What should I do?

I'm schizo too. Its not so bad if you are on meds. Otherwise, I would be like your dad. Even with meds sometimes I have problems but not as bad.

I take seroquel and geodon. Together they work great.
