im getting really friendly with this girl but i cant tell if she is just being nice or if she actually likes me?
i dont know if i should ask her about it or try and make a move on her. help please :p

Well in what way is she "nice" to you? Is she ever flirty? If she is, she could be wondering the same thing about you. Although if she's just friendly and doesn't make any subtle moves on you then you should just wait and find a time to ask her out. That's what I would do personally.
