Be yourself, be friendly, don't act arrogantly. Yet don't overdo it and start babbling on about yourself. Make sure u bring all the stuff you need and if your having trouble braking the ice just small talk or tell some funny stories ect ect...

Be yourself. I've seen way too many new kids either be too shy or too cocky. Just act the way you used to at your old school, and try to not be cocky, but say hi to someone new!

Just be yourself, that is probably the most important thing to do. Don't hide away or change in order to "fit" in either.
