White hair in my beard ?

I'm just 16, today when I was looking in the mirror suddenly I saw a white hair in my beard. I googled it and asked friends, they said that it is caused by stress and that's true. I suffer stress a lot. I'm worried I hope I don't get illness or heart problems :(

Yeah..I'd have to agree that white hairs are caused by stress.

Just think of President Obama..when he started his term in '08 he had black hair, now his hair is all greyish-black. So..I guess there is just a lot of stress involved in his life, similar to yours.
