Why is it that when posting a poll or survey, it must be posted into questions for girls/boys.
I saw a question in the Q's for boys and girls that was made for only boys to answer (penis length). Why does this rule exist?

This is a really good question, I'm kind of curious too. I think it has something to do with the fact that the forum for both attracts more members, so surveys will get more replies.
That's just a guess though.

But what's the point in attracting more of the opposite sex if they have nothing to contribute to said survey/poll?
mods, why you be so confusing?

I believe back in the day, Questions for Both Boys/Girls was orignally were Polls went before they changed it, so I think that is why? Correct me, if this is far from the truth.

It's that way because if surveys and polls were posted in the boys' or girls' individual sections then they would be overrun with surveys and most posts would get lost in the massive amount of surveys taking up all of the space on the first few pages of the forums. Questions for Both is the survey section basically because it helps keep the individual gender sections fresher.

Wouldn't it make more sense to name it Polls then, or make a new forum called Polls?

Yeah, or maybe something like "Puberty Polls and Surveys".

That isn't the only purpose for the section, however. If you'd read the forum description you would see that :P

Girls, have questions for guys? Guys, have questions for girls? Post them all here. Also all puberty related polls and surveys should be posted here.
Yeah, I guess you're right...

Then you're cluttering up that section. ;)

But that's part of what that section is for ;)

I second this.

Unless it was just changed, the description includes posting polls in it, so I don't think anything really needs to be changed.
Though, I demand locked threads be taken out of the new posts list. Damn P101ers and their ability to resurrect multiple old threads. :c

It is confusing though seeing all the polls for just guys available to girls to comment on as well

All locked threads are moved to the P101 archive... There are no locked threads in the open P101 sections.

Any girl can post in P101 for boys if they just take the time to click into the section, though they are not allowed to. So it's not like they don't see what goes on on the other side.

I don't see whats so hard about remembering that the section is for polls aswell. You don't need to change the title to tell people that it what the forum is for. If people would use their common sense, there wouldn't be a problem
