What's your favorite contemporaneous artist?
An artist that really impressed me, and still does, is Nick Kushner. I love his drawings with all my heart. I would give one kidney just to own one, they are gorgeous. The thing that impressed me the most is that he uses considerably amount of blood for one painting. And he does a great job, the shadows/textures are amazing.
