How to death with the death of a parent/sibling?

I dont know many people that have lost either... Ive not met anyone thats lost both, Id rather not, just I dont want someone to go through that, but how would I, someone, go and just deal with it basically? Sorry it should be "How to deal..."

i frequently think about what i would do if my mom died. i've resolved that i would never leave my bed or eat until i die. thats just me being a creepy wierdo thinking about death constantly. :/
