Need Ideas

I'm 17 years old with a high school diploma and searching for work.
I recently took Bank Teller Training classes and received 2 diplomas for 2 weeks of attending. I applied at 2 banks already. So instead of wasting time waiting weeks for them to respond to emails is there any other place any of you would recommend?
If you live in a real city in Cali or Florida, don't recommend me places to work at if you don't think those places would be in a small town. I live in a very small town and we don't even have a Taco Bell. Just your occasional McDonalds, Whataburger, Subway blah.

I have went out to ask for a job and everyone either said no or I that have to be 18.

It's hard to find a job anywhere when you're not 18. Hell, I live in Florida and it took me 6 months to find my first job when I was 16. The best way to get one is to find a place that is under construction and apply. Or to a place that is about to open. That's what I did, and 2 days after they opened I was hired. I'm not too sure about how to find one in a small town though.
