5. 1998 Toyota Supra RZ -- Realy defines drifting and looks fuckin sweet!
4. Ford Model T -- the first mass produced automobile
3. 1974 Datsun 280Z -- Z cars are the shit!
2. Every BMW ever made ever except for the isetta.. -- BMW in my opinion is the best car manufacturer.
1. Honda/Acura NSX -- A fuckin HONDA that's in the same neighborhood as Lamborghinis and Ferraris

5. Toyota 2000Gt (it really propelled Japan into the supercar world)
4. Honda/ Acura NSX (A legitimate, affordable Ferrari fighter, caused Italy to step their game up)
3. Porsche 911, especially the newer models (Shows how far a car can go and what passion and technology can do)
2. Shelby Cobra (It put the American automotive industry on the map and is just one of the all time greats)
1. Mclaren F1 (Having your top speed record last as long as it did is an incredible accomplishment and I think it showed what cars are truly capable of)

Yes yes yes. My dad had one. One flake of snow and he wouldn't drive.
Anyway, we used to drive through the nearby countryside and doing 50mph over a humped back bridge is fun :P

I admit when they had one on Top Gear the danger was over dramatically demonstrated.





Back to the topic: (In no specific order)

~Ford model T I do agree because it set the benchmark.
~Jaguar E Type This, not only being built less than a mile from my house was the creation of improving developments in aerodynamics.
~Mini Cooper. A legend.
~Volkswagon Golf. This car is the benchmark for modern hathbacks.

Ferrari deserve a place on the list. For building so many truely amazing cars.

In no particular order:
1) Ford GT40 - Put Ford and America really on the international racing stage, won Le Mans after Ferrari had won 3 times in a row. The car was actually made because Ferrari refused to be bought by Ford, so Caroll Shelby and some other bro decided to show the italians whats up.
2) Ferrari F40 - the greatest supercar ever. Only came in red, extremely basic, and awesome.
3) Lamborghini Miura - really was the invention of the supercar, the first mid-engined really badass car.
4) Ford Model T - Mass produced, made the car affordablw to middle class families, solidified and paved the way for the automobile industry.
5) Ford F150 - the bestselling pickup truck for about ever, really revolutionized construction and any type of labor.

This is always a tough question to answer, but I think you have to do it with what car have inovated the car world the most. Here's 5 I think are some of the best in no priticular order.

1908 Ford Model T... It allowed the working man to be able to afford a car and it started the assembly line.

1949 Glasspar G2... The worlds first fiberglass car.

1953 Studebaker Hawk... It was the first Factory car to be able to break the 200mph barrier.

1931 Mercedes Benz type 170... It was the first car with Idependent front and rear suspension.

1958 Desoto Electrojetor... Although it's not the first fuel injection system, it is the first electonic fuel injection.
