Animals and clothes (or rather not)

How come amimals can walk nude and humans can't.?:what:
Take dogs: they have clothes they can wear -although they are well weird- and yet they don't have to wear them? I don't want to see a dogs penis or see it butt hole as it pisses on the lamppost.
Yet when humans go nude in public or not most people freak out?:D
