OK I need some help.
Last night I was completely suicidal because I got the news my T Cells were extremely low. I was ready to take my whole bottle of Ambien and wash it down with Vodka so I'd never wake up, but I managed not to because I wanted to at least say goodbye to my ex-girlfriend first.
But, I was depressed and this morning instead of just taking the normal 2 diet pills like the bottle says, I took the last 29 without thinking about it. You're not meant to take more than 6 in a day...I know you're all gonna say I should go to the doctor right away but I simply can't get there until tonight. I don't have a car and I have literally no money to take a bus. So, is there anything I can do until then. I don't have a gag reflex so unfortunately I can't induce vomiting and that's the only thing I know of that would help?

I don't want to go to the hospital at all either because I don't want to be stuck back in the ED unit for the fourth time so just how dangerous is an OD of diet pills?

The danges of the overdose depends on the active ingredient in the pills. Only a doctor or a poison control centre will be able to tell you how dangerous they are. You should call a poison control centre and get their advice as soon as possible. You should be able to find the phone number in a phone book or online.

You should go to a hospital immediately if the overdose is dangerous. Take an ambulance or get someone else to drive you. If not, go to a doctor soon and get a referral to a psychiatrist. Suicidal thoughts should always be taken seriously. They will be able to help you and also treat your eating disorder.

Don't wait to get help. The overdose could be serious and requires treatment. Suicidal thoughts and eating disorders can be treated, but the longer you wait, the worse they get. See a doctor ASAP.

I couldn't find a poison control centre....but the active ingrediants are Hydroxcitric Acid, Chromium, Caffeine and Co-Enzyme Q10?

I can't get to the hospital...i've called everyone I know who has a car and they can't get to me until tomorrow so I can't go until then...

I've been in the hospital several times for my Eating Disorder and it has never helped for longer than a week so I just don't see the point of taking time off work and med school!

Here are the numbers for the Poison Control/Emergency Response in different countries, depending on your location.

US: 1-800-222-1222
UK: 0845-4647
All other locations: http://www.who.int/gho/phe/chemical_safety/poisons_centres/en/index.html

You need to call one. None of here are physicians, so we cannot tell you what may or may not be happening. I doubt it's fatal, as nothing has happened, and it's been almost a full day, but that doesn't mean there aren't still major problems going on that you may not know about. They will take you to the hospital if necessary; you won't need to drive, and the call is, in most places, free.

None of the ingredients are very toxic, with the potential exception of chromium. Chromium(III) compounds aren't toxic, neither is elemental chromium. Chromium(VI) compounds, however, are quite toxic. You might also want to check the toxicity of the non medicinal ingredients.

Where do you live? You can find the phone number for most places poison control centres online. Try the WHO's website. They have a directory of centres.

Can you walk to a hospital or take a bus? If you have overdosed dangerously, you need to go to the hospital.

You might want to see a psychiatrist of psychologist for treatment of an eating disorder. You might also want to try a different hospital.

I guess you're probably right in there is nothing serious wrong as it had been almost a full day. I think the only thing will have been the caffine overcose as there is as much caffine in one tablet as in 2 cups of coffee and I have been really shaky with a high heartrate all day

Although that could also be a side effect of my AZT...

I think I'm just going to see how I feel in the morning and if I'm still bad ask someone to take me to the hospital...

I wasn't saying I was right when I wrote that. I said, most likely, that is the case, but we cannot know for sure, and it couldn't hurt to call just in case.

I once OD'd on Nexium, and surprisingly nothing happened, at that point, I was at another low in my god damned depression.

Probably what you took is the same stuff I took, in terms of strength.
