Infected spot?

I got a spot on my chin a few days ago, and didn't think anything of it until it started to leak. It just looks like a normal spot, except it has a slight orange colour to it, and it keeps leaking this clear liquid that looks a bit yellow.

I've googled it, but none of them involve spots in the face with these symptoms, and I don't really feel like putting a bandage on my face...

Has this ever happened to anyone and does anyone know how to get it to go down?

Well, I would assume that the liquid is pus, and the orange tint is pus + blood, which means two things: it's infected, and your body is fighting that infection pretty heavily. Which means it's probably a bad enough infection for you to go and get some antibiotics for it. In the meantime, your best bet is probably Neosporin or some other antibacterial topical cream.
