Well, it's easier if you're out already, but if not, just makes friends with any guy you have a crush on. If he's out already, great. If not, but you suspect he may be gay or bi, then continue said friendship and eventually come out to him. If he turns out to be straight, at least you made a friend. :P
But it does start with friendship. Gay dating is a bit tougher due to a smaller amount of gays to choose from, but don't rush things. You're young and have plenty of time to find the right guy. Worry about making friends first and the boyfriends will come naturally.

I'm not exactly skilled in this because I'm forever alone but I would have to agree with the post above you. Friends first. I also think that you should focus on being happy and accepted as gay before you go after a boyfriend and be ready for that hate, because not everyone is going to accept that you're dating another guy. I'm not trying to scare you, just to prepare you. There's a lot of close minded people in the world. As for actually getting a boyfriend, just be yourself and let them come to you, don't try to hard and make sure you're happiness is put first. Do you know of any gay guys who are dating that you can talk to? Talk to them but I'm pretty sure they'll tell you to just be yourself, don't over-try to find a b/f. Its the same with straight guys...you'll find someone and relationship will develop.

We can't really help you find a boyfriend, since the whole thing is individual specific. As other said, it's easier if you're out because words will circulate and somebody that's still in the closet might approach you.
If you're still in and plan on staying in, the whole thing gets more complicated. You need to be 100% sure somebody is gay before dating him, flirting with a straight person may result in you being kicked out of the closet, lost friendships, etc... which I guess you want to avoid.
Also, do not use internet dating services until you're at least 18. And even then try to use them as least as possible. They are dangerous and illegal for you.
