Girls: Homecoming question/Am I even remotely attractive?

So I'm a junior in HS but I'm a year young for my grade and I want to ask this freshman girl that I think is real cute to homecoming... I don't really know her at all. All I know is that she isn't dating anyone. So I need to know these things:
1) Do freshmen girls really like it when an upperclassman guy asks them to homecoming? Does that make them feel good? Or do they think that's weird/creepy and rather have a guy in their grade ask them?
2) Am I even remotely attractive? I seriously would like brutal honesty here. I know it's a weird question to answer but I'd like to know honest opinions, maybe like a scale of 1 to 10? I am expecting maybe like 3s and 4s here.

Yeah freshmen girls like being asked out by older guys. I m attractive but girls have gone out with ugly older people instead because they like older guys and secondly I'm a dude so I would not know if ur attractive or not
