If I jack off for like a couple of minutes I can't do it for the next few days. Like the head will fluent this pinkish purpleish redish color and it hurts really bad. If I'm wearing jeans the next day or boxer briefs it hurts when I get hard anyone else have this problem

I don't recall this ever happening to me unless I jacked too hard and too much but never after a few minutes. I think you should wait it out and see if it persists into the future, if it does having an awkward conversation with a doctor would be your best bet. If you get yearly physicals and it still persists at that date it would be a lot easier to just bring it up then.
