No, it isn't. It is a private forum. Only members of the VT Staff can see its contents. If you read the announcement (http://www.virtualteen.org/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=205) on that forum, you would know this. It isn't just "taking up space," there is a purpose for it.

You could have just requested it to be locked instead of making the thread look like a waste of space with the original post edited out. :locked:
