Kim Dotcom taunts investigators as he pledges to 'turn the world upside down' with new service called Mega
Controversial Megaupload founder Kim Dotcom has revealed his plans to launch a new site.
In a series of tweets today he called on software developers to get in touch to get early access to the new service, called simply 'Mega'.
He promised it will be a 'massive global network', and said it will 'change the world.
