You can get growing pains at any times. it just depends on when you grow (if that makes sense). You do grow at night, but you also grow during the day, which is when you can get growing pains.

I'm not too sure if that's right, but hmm.

heres the thing. People grow the most during night because the body is at a rest and you arent active as much so the body prefers then to grow. sometimes however the body can grow during the day at any time. this doesnt occur as much but it still happens. The asnwer to your question is that we dont just grow at night we grow all the time and thats why we get growing pains during the day.

Dude, your typing is a disgrace. You grow all the time, but mostly at night.

If I see you typing like this again you will recieve an infraction for spamming, it clearly say in the rules that overuse of punctuation is considered spam.

I don't know if there's such a thing as 'growing pains'. If something hurts it's probably due to overexertion or something. did you pull something or otherwise hurt it?

it depends. Soemtimes if the pains happen behind the knees those are growing pains most likely becuase your legs are grow, by very little, but still growing and are therefore streching out your muscles

growing pains dont have anything to do with puberty. ive had them as long as i can remmember, because you dont only grow during puberty. obviously.

you have one part right and another part wrong. Yes you do grow throughout your life but very little maybe like 2-3 inches year. However in puberty you rocket up. I grew 9 inches in less then a year. Puberty does have an effect on growth but you still grow some when your younger.

Because of the affects from the nights before. Your body will cool down during the day.

I guess (my hypothesis) is basically that growth hormones are produced at night. You do most of your growing at night, but some of the affects (like muscle building) still affect you the day(s) after. So I guess you do grow at night mostly, but some of the affects carry on throughout the day.
