I have 12 brothers and 2 sisters. two are older than me, two are my triplets and the rest are younger. We get on well most of the time, ninety percent, I'd say. I am very close to all of them. My triplet sister, Laina, and me share a room, it is a big room so there is never any problems... except when we want boys over etc, then it can become a little awkward  :whoops: I've shared with her all my life so I've never know any different. Does anyone else share a room and if you do how do you get on with... 'private' time?! Thanks :D

I share a room too and I think my situation is worse.. I share with my grandma and all i can say its there is not "private time" then again my love life is unexistent. Maybe you could go to the boy's house i guess. Good luck and tell me if you manage to find any privacy how you do it for future reference

can you hang up a sheet? Like a room separator for privacy?

You have a big family.
You should lend me a brother or two haha. Sadly I'm an only child :( , so I really can't say anything about private issues.

I don't share a room with anyone, but if you ever wanted some private time, just ask your sister saying hey, can I just get some time to myself in our room? Most likely she will find something else to do in a different room, or make plans with someone to be away for a while.

So I don't share a room, but I've BEEN in a shared-room experience. Just get one of those fancy divider things, that you might find in a studio to partition off spaces.
I understand that keeping underneath the bed is not an option.
