One Does Not Simply Change Their Forum Picture...

Honestly how the hell do I add the picture of myself to being my forum picture? -_-

I'm assuming you mean the avatar picture (the small image that goes under the smily face)

To do this, Go to your User CP, on the left side, under the "Your Profile" tab, click "Edit Profile Picture" and follow the instructions there.

Well I use tapatalk, so it's pretty straight forward. If you have an iPod, download it, and search for VT. Go to more, profile, and it says change profile picture.
