I don't know what you mean by easy to delete but I suggest giving this a look:
Mountain Lion Transformation Pack (http://www.redmondpie.com/os-x-mountain-lion-theme-transformation-pack-for-windows-7-and-windows-8-now-available-for-download/)
You may think it's bloated, but it's actually quite nice and makes a Windows 7 PC appear like Mac, and it can easily be uninstalled.

Shadow posted a good link. Backup your data before installing.
You will probably be editing your shell32.dll, explorer.exe, and your start orb.
As an example, this is my Windows 7 desktop with a hacked explorer.exe, modified shell32 and custom start orb.
Shell32 controls the window style. Explorer.exe is the taskbar, and the start orb is changed with a program.

And Michael, Google's your best friend for now.

You're probably using Gnome3(bah). Well, personally, I think it already does look like an iPad, an Android, and a bunch of other crap mashed together. There's bound to be a GTK theme pack somewhere, though.

I found a great Ubuntu conversion tool once you set your unity toolbar to not detect your mouse and to hide it feels just like a mac, with a few changes. here and there
as demonstrated by this screenshot of ubuntu running from my flashdrive.
