Login issue.

Ive been having log in issues lately. In order to sign in... it takes me a minimum of 2 times of entering my user name and password and a maximum of 5. Something needs to be done cuz its bugging me.

Have you tried clearing all your internet history temp. files etc?

Kiros: I have been having this problem on other vB sites.
Maybe its an error within the ummm...host or whatever you call it.

If you've had the same problem with other vB sites, it could be that there is a bug in the vB software.

I've had this problem too for the first time today, both at school and my old laptop it would only log in on the second or third attempt.

Yea im stil having that problem. it says re directing then it goes back to the main page with me not loged in

That happened to me a couple times. What I did to go around it was to click on the "Click here if you don't want to wait" link.
It worked for me.

Honestly, I can't find a reason for this. I think that it could be a timeout issue if the "Click here if you don't want to wait" link makes it work fine. :|

It was only an issue on the 2 computers I haven't used VT on for a long time, but the computers I use with 'Remember Me?' checked are fine.

It just happened to me, and its happened to me before, and I discovered that when I log in and it sends me back to the main screen without me actually being logged in, if I scroll down, it lists me as one of the members that is logged in (according to the thing below the shoutbox) Like Lallous said, if I click the link that says redirect browser if not working or whatever the heck it says, it usually logs me in. I haven't had this problem for awhile until right now. It only bothers me when it takes me like ten tries, but that only happened once.

This happens to me very rarely, and it doesn't bother me one bit. I get it to work after 1 or 2 times, and usually the "Click Here if you do not wish to wait" thing works. If it doesn't, I do it again. Doesn't waste that much of my time.
