Hi guys, well heres the thing: I can not eat an a average amount of food A day! My dinner for me is like an apettizer for everybody else! My mum, mums friend, my little brother and I all went out to a pub for dinner a few weeks ago, i ordered a spaghetti, and when the food came out my meal was quite small so i thought i could eat it all, but when i had eaten only a bit more than a quarter i was full! I had not had lunch and did not have much for breakfast, so when mum told me to finish my food I told her i couldnt and then mum and her friend started talking, i couldnt hear a little bit of what they were saying but i heard mums friend say it might be a Psychological thing and that I dont like seeing big amounts of food on my plate. This is an on and off thing that is not uncommon but not regular. I am only twelve and am only 30-34kg but I feel that at a growing stage I should be at least 36 by now!
I am quite hungry but I just cant seem to fit in the food.

Hmm... I kinda have the same issue and dont... I really dont eat at all... but if I do its pretty small. Compared to my dad who can eat alot or compared to everyone else its not much but its all I can do. I dont think you should worry to much about you and your only 12, youre still gonna grow alot haha :) Just, try eating a small amount on your plate and see if your still hungry add a little more, I dont know if that will help with eating more food or not. I want spaghetti now...

Sometimes people just have a much more slender frame than others, therefore making it harder for them to stomach the same amounts of food as someone else. I used to be like that, i found it hard to sit down and eat a meal. I would rather pick at random foods throughout the day. What helps is to start off your day eating, even if you don't feel like it. Sit down for breakfast, eat as much as you can, then go about your day as you would normally. As you slowly introduce larger amounts of food into your diet it can help your stomach expand, and get your body used to it.
But never force food into your mouth! If you can't eat it, don't eat it.

My mom is the same way. Whenever she goes to my dad's house for dinner, she never finishes her food no matter how little her serves her. Same with drinks. Once she wanted a cup of juice, so I poured her glassful cup full and she punished me for giving her too much. The next time I got pissed off and literally used a shot glass, and she still didn't finish it.

It probably isn't an eating disorder if you're genuinely not hungry. Some people get full more easily than others. It's also likely that your stomach is shrunken because you aren't eating enough.

30kg is 4.7 stone, that is impossible.

It's not impossible, in some cases people have reached lows of 50lb which is 22.5kg.
I agree with Alex that if you're not hungry it's not an eating disorders. They usually occur when someone forces themself to stop eating because of the way they look, it doesn't sound like this is what you're doing.
It actually all depends on your height, if you're petite then it's obviously going to be more healthy if you weigh that much than if you are, say 5'5" because then I think you'd be in danger of doing some serious damage. I suggest you work out your BMI from using this (http://pediatrics.about.com/cs/usefultools/l/bl_bmi_calc.htm) calculator, it should give you some indication of whether your weight is healthy. I suggest you start trying to build up the amount you eat though because I don't suppose that weight is healthy for anyone.
