Is it normal for a uncut penis to be really sensative?

Yeah it is. The foreskin protects the head from rubbing against your clothing. If you were cut the head would feel rougher and dryer

its normal but my head isnt as sensitive and im uncut.

yes im uncut and its sensitive but as i get okder it gets less sensitive

Yeah from what I understand the foreskin can make it really sensitive at times.

i'm cut so would know personally but from what i hear it is pretty sensitive
